Southern State Community College
Introduksjon
Southern State Community College ble chartret i februar 1975 som Southern State General and Technical College for å tjene Adams, Brown, Clinton, Fayette og Highland County. I april 1975 indikerte University of Cincinnati's Board of Trustees sin støtte til college-distriktet som omfattet UCs Tri-County Academic Center i Macon. I 1977 ble navnet på college offisielt endret til Southern State Community College .
